A content block is a container for holding web content that can be conveniently updated using an online editor or by sending an email.

Custom email address

Each content block is distinguished by a custom and unique email address like "shady-oaks-news@send2page.com" or "acme-pics@send2page.com" that you'll make up when you create it. When you want to update the content block, you'll send an email to this address.

what is a content block

It's like a building block

Each content block can be used to show a paragraph of text, a restaurant menu, a slide show of pictures, a coupon or even a mini blog.

You can use several content blocks on a single web page and share a content block onto several web pages.

Custom web address

Every content block gets its own unique web address that can be used to display it in a web browser or to pull it into another web page. Since each content block web address is permanent, you can even use it to send hyperlinks to your current restaurant coupon, menu or downloadable price list.

History

Each time a content block is updated, the contents are saved into history. You'll always know who made each change and have an easy way to go back and see what the content looked like at a previous point in time.

Contributors

Each content block can be updated by selected people, known as "contributors". When they send an update by email, they'll get back a message letting them know that their update was received. If they choose to log in to use the online editor, each contributor will see a list of the content blocks that are available for them to update. It's so easy to use that anyone can be a contributor.
