The approval feature in send2page enables the Account Owner to require an email be approved before it is published to the web page. When approvals are enabled, depending on the notification settings, send2page will notify both the sender and the approver that the email is awaiting approval. Posts are approved or rejected by clicking a hyperlink in the notification email or by logging into the system. The Account Owner and the Administrator are automatically approvers, but a contributor can be assigned the task by the Account Owner. Once the email is approved, it is published to the web page and here too an email can be sent to notify the necessary individuals that the web page was updated.

Enabling approvals
