One of the great things about send2page is that it lets non-programmers easily contribute updates to the web site. This improves overall efficiency and provides empowerment since much of the content that is published originates from these folks in the first place.

Account users and contributors

You can associate an unlimited number of people known as Account Users with your send2page account. Each account user has a distinct email address and is in one of the following roles:

  • Account Owner - Has Administrator rights and access to billing functions and is usually the person who created the account.
  • Administrator - Can add other users, create content blocks and assign Account Users to content blocks.
  • Account user - No rights except to assigned content blocks.

Account users who are assigned to content blocks are known as contributors and are able to send email updates to or use the online editor with their content blocks. Account owners and administrators are automatically able to contribute to any content blocks for their account.

Adding a contributor

An account owner or administrator can add a contributor by logging into send2page. Once logged in, select the content block that the contributor will be assigned to by clicking on the thumbnail or the details option which will take you into the Manage Content Block screen
